Player(s):

White plays the opening passively allowing Black to immediately equalize. After a series of not-best moves by both sides, White not only gives Black a kingside pawn majority, but allows castling of opposite sides with a dangerous king position. White understandably tries to counter-attack queenside, but a clever (and rule-breaking) queenside pawn move by Black makes it clear that Black will carry the day, which he nicely does.
