This week our Chess History chaperon GM Ronen Har-Zvi takes us back in 1991, when Ivanchuk was considered the most likely winner of the World Championship cycle. In Linares that year he had beaten the double-K's - Kasparov and Karpov - in the same tournament, which is not a thing we find so easily in the history of those years; he won Linares 1991 with a +6 score. Today's show illustrates an amazing game, played by 'Chuky' in the Candidates Matches against the strong GM Jussupov. With his usual witty and interesting way to tell stories and analyze games, Ronen once again delights us with this feat.
