Larry shows us an upset from the Icelandic tournament, at least rating-wise. IM Poley unleash a ruthless attack in his game vs. local IM Thorfinnsson, giving him no chance to defend the position. The Main course is the game Krasenkov vs. Grandelius, played at the Rilton Cup in Sweden. A slightly passive attitude by Grandelius - playing Black - allows Krasenkov to launch his armada against the enemy's king. An interesting and formative episode of Larry's acclaimed show.
